A short (3-page) poststructural view on engineering faculty development. This is my midterm for a graduate-level cultural theory class, and I still "release early, release often" in my research. I'm learning to deliberately write as a deconstructionist and still be readable! (Emphasis on the "learning." Plenty of room to improve.)
